Once you have chosen you apartment, your Vivebarcelona personal manager will send you a booking form which will show all the details of your reservation, including your apartment address and a contact phone number for your arrival.

The booking form will also include all necessary payment information and conditions for renting the apartment. To complete the reservation fee a down payment of 20% from your first months rent is required. You can pay by cash, credit card, or bank transfer.

Before your arrival we will provide you with detailed information about the different transportation options from the airport to your apartment. We will also give you all the necessary information to make your arrival in Barcelona safe and convenient, including the telephone number of a Vivebarcelona representative who will be available 24hrs and will monitor your arrival.

Once you've arrived in Barcelona, please call this number so we can meet you at the apartment to hand over the keys and documentation necessary for your stay. Your representative will also resolve all your doubts about your new neighbourhood and provide you with information on nearby grocery stores, shopping centers, tourist attractions, and other places of interest.

On the day of your arrival you will be expected to pay the remaining 80% of your first months rent. Subsequent rent payments will be due 7 days before the end of each month.

Payments can be made by cash, credit card or bank transfer depending on the apartment and any method previously agreed upon.
